We had Ember Kitchen Company cater our daughter’s graduation party this last Saturday, and it was absolutely amazing!! Damian came about an hour before the party to set up. He provided everything - including buns, serving utensils, serving pans with sterno heating elements to keep the food warm for 6 hours. The menu consisted of pulled pork, brisket, Mac and cheese, baked beans, and coleslaw. The food was so delicious and people were asking me all day who catered the event. The baked beans were an absolute hit, and one person said they were the best baked beans they had ever had!! We hardly had any leftovers, so Damian estimated perfectly the amount of food we needed for the amount of people invited. I can’t recommend Ember Kitchen Company enough! Thank you Damian!

Damian was amazing. So easy to work with and his food was a huge hit with my team. He was able to accommodate celiac restrictions while keeping the meal flavorful and delicious for the entire group.

Ember Kitchen Co is the absolute best! We had an impromptu wedding ceremony at our house for our friends and Damian put together the most delicious four course meal for our guests and everything was delicious. The salad dressing was even homemade! By the time we got back from taking pictures of the bride and groom, our dinner was waiting for us on the table. Damien has been our go-to catering chef for almost three years and he has catered all of our big events. He does an amazing job every single time. The brisket is our favorite and a must for holidays, parties, and my daughter’s birthday celebrations. We usually do brisket sliders with mac and cheese, and even the pickiest toddlers love it. It’s always a hit with everyone. I’ve also ordered ahead when I’m really busy, and his reheat-ready mac and cheese and sous vide brisket make hosting so easy. Guests are always shocked by how good it is. I can’t recommend Damien enough.
